Helm Vision OÜ, registered in Estonia under registry code 17505997, entered in the e-Business Register on 13 May 2026 and active. Youssef Kamal, co-founder, leads the company and writes the journal. Operators in Madrid and Toronto, engineering in Cairo. The platform runs on AWS, with a separate tenant for each client.

- The Maker, football academy, Egypt — billing month 23 July to 22 August 2026: 5,511 conversations from Helm’s logs; 11.8 seconds median reply; 99.9% of conversations answered; 245 passed to the team; 94.7% of messages written in Arabic.
- Care Clinics, Cairo — to 4 September 2026: 468 patient conversations, every one read by a person: 0 left unanswered; 12 seconds median reply, 90% within 44 seconds; 86 bookings in reception’s sheet, 0 mismatches across 516 fields.
